Welcome Fellow Artists! 🎨

The Arts of Tolland is launching our 1st Annual Art Grab fundraiser this Fall! We seek local artists to participate by donating an original piece worth at least $50. The Annual Art Grab is a festive fundraising event on September 25, 2026 from 6:30pm-9:00pm. The event and your donation directly supports our thriving local creative scene.

  • All artists and their donated artwork will be showcased on our website
  •   Artists will receive a donation acknowledgement letter for tax purposes
  • All art mediums are welcome with the exception of AI rendered images
  • Artists must be at least 18 years old

 

Pieces must be dropped off at The Arts Center of Tolland (22 Tolland Green, Tolland CT 06084) on 

September 19th from 2:00pm-4:00pm or on September 20th between 10:00am-2:00pm. 

We would love to feature your work and share your talent in support of a great cause! 

📝 How to Submit

To properly showcase you and your piece on our website @ arts-of-tolland.org, please fill out the “Art Donation” form below or send an email to artsoftolland73@gmail.com with the following information:

  • About You: Your first and last name, email, and phone number.
  • Your Links: Send any website and social media handles.
  • About the Art: Title, medium used, size of the piece, and its estimated value.
  • Image File: Attach a clear photo of your artwork. Rename the image file to Title of Artwork - Your Name. Photos will be shared on our social pages and website!

🛠️ Framing & Prep Guidelines

Please follow these rules to ensure that your work looks its absolute best on the gallery walls and stays safe while on display,:

  • The Frame: All paintings, drawings, and prints need to be properly framed and be no larger than 24”x24”
  • The Back: Please attach a sturdy hanging wire straight across the back of the frame.
  • The Value: We kindly ask that each donated piece have a fair value of $50 or more.
  • 3-Dimensional work: no larger than 24” in any direction

Got multiple pieces to share? Please submit a separate entry for each unique piece.

Please note: Arts of Tolland Planning Committee reserves the right to make all final decisions. By donating, your artwork becomes the property of the Arts of Tolland to help raise funds and spread the love of the arts across our community!
